Care about the well-being of the Wisconsin River? Join the Sauk Soil & Water Improvement Group (SSWIG) and the Sauk County Land Resources & Environment for a night centered around improving our natural resources as a community. Meet area farmers & conservation professionals. Enjoy a free meal, t-shirt, learn about what farmers and conservationists are doing in the Wisconsin River Basin to better the soil and water quality. There will be kids activities, demonstrations like fish shocking, grazing, water quality monitoring, and more. BYOB (Bring Your Own Boat) or fishing gear to enjoy the Wisconsin River from the park landings.

                  Learn about the impacts of Wisconsin producer led groups have on the soil & water quality in the state

                  Learn about the efforts to increase the quality of Lake Redstone

                  See how hydrologists (water scientists) monitor water quality and invasive species to determine the health of a water body.

                  Become the farmer! Move fence and see how livestock are moved through pastures. Learn how rotational grazing benefits wildlife
